Here we go now!

It starts today.

Ran 25 minutes after work today, then took Luci to the park.

Breakfast: Kashi cereal w/ banana, tons of coffee
Snack: Cottage cheese, blueberry nut mix
Lunch: Turkey and cheese wrapped in whole wheat tortilla
Snack: Kashi roll
Dinner: Chickbreast, okra and black beans
Snack: Gelato

I am exploring some ideas for the future and most important to everything is getting fit.
